The Barrow Community Foundation (BCF) and Barrow County Schools signed a Memorandum of Understanding to Raise $13.5 Million for the new CFIT Campus Development Project in Barrow County, GA. BCF is acting as the fiscal agent for the project, receiving donations and distributing funds as needed.
