Cultivate Barrow was created by the Barrow Community Foundation to invest in those who invest in others. The program connects emerging and experienced nonprofit executives in intentional, one-to-one mentoring relationships designed to nurture leadership, share wisdom, and strengthen the entire nonprofit network serving Barrow County.

How It Works

Cultivate Barrow pairs local nonprofit executives with seasoned community and nonprofit leaders for a six-month mentoring experience. Through one-to-one meetings, phone calls and emails, participants gain practical insight in areas such as governance, fundraising, board engagement, and personal leadership.
