PARK RULES

Use the park and playground equipment at your own risk.

The City of Winder, Barrow Community Foundation, Barrow County Schools and park sponsors are not responsible for injuries of any kind.

Minors must have appropriate adult supervision at all times.

Shirts and shoes are required in all areas of the park.

No littering or vandalism.  Please help keep our park beautiful!

No solicitation.

No vehicles on grass, sidewalks, or landscaped areas.

No smoking, vaping, or alcohol.

No fireworks, grills, or fires of any kind.

No golf, archery or other activities that may endanger others.

Leashed pets welcome outside of playground. Please clean up after pets.

Report any criminal activities or vandalism to Winder Police Department at (770) 867-2156.

PLAYGROUND RULES

Play at your own risk.

Shoes are required on the playground.

Improper use of equipment may cause injury or death.

Only climb areas appropriate for individual skills and abilities.

Do not shake or jump off the sides of the rope structure.

No pets allowed in the playground area.

No food, drinks, or gum in the playground area.

No bicycles, roller skates, or skateboards in the playground area.

No rough play, pushing, or shoving.

WARNING!

Playground equipment in direct sunlight may reach high temperatures. Check for hot surfaces before using equipment.

Drawstrings, hoodies, helmets, scarves, necklaces, or other items around the neck may cause strangulation on playground equipment.
